Overview Position: Operator Specialist About the Role Are you passionate about building relationships and driving sales? Rotella’s is seeking an Operator Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will sell our bread and rolls to operators across various markets. You’ll be responsible for growing business, increasing case sales, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Key Responsibilities· Achieve assigned sales plans and meet weekly KPI targets through professional sales practices.· Identify, manage, and solicit strategic operator accounts, maintaining an up-to-date database.· Make sales calls and report all sales activities in Rotella’s CRM system.· Effectively manage customer relationships and communicate business objectives and results.· Demonstrate product knowledge and apply it to assigned accounts to drive customer satisfaction.· Assist, organize, set up, and participate in industry trade shows, sales meetings, and trainings· Coordinate with the Area Manager for strategic account audits and reviews. Qualifications· Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in food service.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to self-manage and work independently.· Proficiency with CRM software and daily reporting.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
