Social & Creative Coordinator in Arlington Heights, Illinois at Lifeway Mobility

List of Potential Projects/Tasks/Responsibilities

• Support social media, creative, and marketing initiatives that build online brand awareness & visibility, engagement, and generate leads

• Capture short videos and photos in customers’ homes and showrooms for social media, website content, and digital ad campaigns

• Manage company social platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement

• Assist with creating and editing social content, including product highlights, testimonials, POV videos, and more.

• Help with coordinating & designing brochures, ads, signage, flyers, and other branded marketing materials and ensure all fall in-line with company branding guidelines

• Manage the company’s online printer portal, including print uploads, orders, and related requests

• Assist internal teams with event materials, and other creative needs

• Help coordinate creative assets for email, website, social, print, and paid advertising campaigns

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director, internal teams, agencies, and vendors to complete projects on time

Skills/Interests Preferred

• Social media platform management & content creation (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, & TikTok)

• Video short creation & editing (i.e. POVs, testimonials, product highlights)

• Interest in customer storytelling and social media engagement

• Design and creative skills, such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

• Strong writing skills for social captions, website content, product guides, and email marketing

• Comfortable using AI tools to brainstorm ideas, outline content, and support creative development

• Basic understanding of email marketing campaigns and customer follow-up communications

• Strong interpersonal skills, and comfortable interacting, communicating, and empathizing with customers that are going through difficult situations.

• A team player eager to learn and collaborate with internal team members and outside marketing agencies

• Dependable, organized, and ability to work independently to meet outlined task & project deadlines

• Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas, content formats, and campaigns to support company strategy and goals.
