Job Description
DIMENSIONS/SCOPE OF POSITION: Provides leadership with process improvement initiatives related to PT clinic operations and serves as a brand ambassador to affiliate partnerships
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify opportunities for improvement with clinic operations and provide solutions
- Provides oversight for BSS Coordinators and Data Collection Specialists
- Leads Patient Experience Committee for PT and shares feedback with PT Managers
- Meets with physicians as needed to streamline protocols and simplify workflows
- Consults with affiliate partners as part of the transition process regarding Campbell Clinic standards of care and best practices with PT operations
- Serves as a liaison with affiliate partners for leadership and culture development
- Communicates with DA staff regarding clinical communications and workflows
- Attends MD subspecialty meetings and meet with new physicians during onboarding
- Oversee the updating of PT Intranet to ensure that policies and procedures are updated
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience: Graduation from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Five years of relevant management experience preferred for this position.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in the English language.
Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic skills are required.
Reasoning Ability: Identifies and resolves problems effectively.
Computer Skills: Must be computer-literate. Basic computer skills are required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the state of Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the assigned work location.
Other Skills and Abilities Able to listen and respond well to questions and feedback.
