Key Responsibilities:

- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling to and from guest rooms or vehicles

- Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression

- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the security of all vehicles

- Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and valet area

- Collaborate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service

- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
