SemiGen is seeking a Test Technician to join our high-performing team. This position is responsible for the DC & RF testing of completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specification. The successful candidate will perform these tasks using established work instructions, test documentation, and automated test software.

This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine test configuration from product specification
- Experience with the setup, operation and maintenance of PNA/VNAs, frequency synthesizers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, power supplies and DVMs.
- Perform DC measurements, plus RF measurements, including gain, insertion loss, VSWR, etc.
- Experience in the test, tune, and troubleshooting of a variety simple to complex RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies
- Ability to work under a microscope as required to test, tune and troubleshoot RF microwave hybrid assemblies and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers and other similar tools
- Perform a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of specific unit production using standard electronic assembly tools and materials
- Document test findings in test reports/lot travelers
- Flag non-conforming material
Qualifications and Skills
- AS Degree or equivalent related experience in test & measurement
- Experience with bench equipment (Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope)
- Working knowledge of Military Specifications: MIL-STD-750 & MIL-STD-883
- Good dexterity required in order to perform work under a microscope as required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including written and phone communication
- Proficient in the use of business software (Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
