The Driver Compensation Analyst will collaborate with business leaders to solve challenges and strengthen the compensation strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in salary surveys and perform comprehensive market research to develop and maintain innovative, compliant and competitive compensation programs.
- Act as a consultant on all compensation-related matters.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation.
- Develop documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines and processes.
- Create insightful reports and recommendations on compensation trends and adjustments, advocating for strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure programs comply with laws and regulations.
- Support other human resources activities.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
