Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in healthcare, exercise science, kinesiology, or physical therapy, complemented by exceptional communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Must possess the physical capability to walk, stand, and transport equipment throughout the workday, along with the flexibility to cover shifts at various local offices as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $16.00-$21.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Eligible full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
