The Express Teller assists members through interactive video banking technology, providing exceptional service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This position also helps members understand available products, services, and digital banking options.

Starting Pay: $17.80 per hour

Full-Time

What you’ll do:

• Process member transactions accurately through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
• Verify member identity in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with transactions requiring additional review or approval.
• Educate members about products, services, and digital banking options.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Reconcile negotiable items and balance daily transaction activity.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service during every interaction.
• Meet established service standards for member satisfaction and response times.
• Assist with basic ITM troubleshooting when needed.
• Follow security, compliance, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, and technology tools.
• Process incoming mail payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain address changes and member records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage returned mail and related recordkeeping activities.

Qualifications/Experience Required

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, services, policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with core processing and ITM system.
• Customer service, cash handling or banking experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to provide outstanding member service
• Attention to detail
