Denali Water Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator to help keep our Salisbury facility running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role combines heavy equipment operation, material handling, basic mechanical repairs, and outdoor site work.

If you’re comfortable operating tractors and loaders, can spot and troubleshoot equipment issues, and are willing to help wherever needed, we’d like to hear from you.

Denali Water Solutions is hiring an Equipment Operator to support daily facility operations in Salisbury, Maryland. You’ll operate tractors, loaders, forklifts, and other equipment; move and load materials; maintain the site; and help keep equipment in working order.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and pitching in with general labor. Weekend work, overtime, and schedule changes may be required based on operational needs.

This is a safety-sensitive position. Every employee is expected to stay alert and work with care for their own safety and the safety of others.
