Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall SEO and AEO strategy, covering technical optimization, content programs, keyword opportunities, measurement, and initiatives designed to increase organic traffic and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO channel performance, maintaining clear reporting on traffic, conversions, keyword rankings, and other key performance indicators.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and troubleshoot website health issues, providing actionable recommendations to improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and search visibility.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and evolving products and services.
  • Conduct content audits to identify opportunities for new content, updates to existing pages, consolidation, or removal, while advising content teams on priorities and timing.
  • Build and maintain a detailed website content roadmap, coordinating initiatives and timelines to support sustained organic growth and high-quality content delivery.
  • Execute ongoing on-page SEO audits and partner with content, product marketing, and digital marketing teams to implement improvements across the website.
  • Analyze website performance and user journeys to improve conversion rates through landing-page testing, CTA optimization, content refinement, and other conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Monitor changes in search algorithms, AI advancements, traffic patterns, and market dynamics, assessing their potential impact on organic performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Establish SEO and AEO best practices across marketing teams, enabling content, digital, product marketing, and other stakeholders to incorporate search optimization into their initiatives.
  • Evaluate and help implement the SEO tools, technologies, and processes needed to create a scalable and effective organic search program.
  • Provide responsive internal and external stakeholder support while contributing to additional marketing and digital initiatives as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional SEO experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling successful SEO programs, particularly those established from the ground up.
  • Experience in B2B technology organizations is highly preferred, with prior experience in the data center industry considered an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO across technical optimization, content development, link building, keyword research, programmatic SEO, on-page optimization, and search performance measurement.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Content Harmony, and Screaming Frog, with the ability to identify and implement the tools best suited to business needs.
  • Strong experience with WordPress, including considerations related to website compatibility, security, performance, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data from multiple sources into actionable insights and measurable SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of emerging search and AI developments, with the ability to adapt SEO programs as search behavior and technology evolve.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to turn strategic ideas into practical cross-functional programs and measurable initiatives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders across different marketing functions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits:

  • Compensation range of $83,000–$133,026.28 per year, with the actual offer determined by factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and applicable business considerations.
  • Opportunity to lead and develop a comprehensive SEO and AEO function with broad visibility across digital marketing.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, website optimization, data analytics, and emerging AI-driven search.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with content, digital marketing, product marketing, and other teams.
  • Opportunity to shape SEO tools, processes, reporting, and best practices across the organization.
