Quality Inspector (12 Hour Shift Days) in Delavan, Wisconsin at Swiss-Tech LLC

Swiss-Tech is a precision manufacturing company that is family-owned with a 60-year history. We supply top quality parts to customers in defense, medical and aerospace companies. We are in a growth mode and looking to expand our workforce to help support this. We offer on the job training to develop our best asset, our people.

We are looking to add a Quality Inspector to a new re-designed cell that will support one of our biggest customers. The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring our product conforms to our company quality standards and customer specifications.

Our current opening is:

• Thursday to Saturday 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with alternating Wednesday

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety regulations.
• Comply with all Quality System requirements.
• Completing routine inspections on each machine in accordance with the FAIR inspection plan
• Monitors SPC run charts, looking for compliance, rule violations, and anomalies
• Make offsets as required, always targeting the dimensions to the MEAN.
• Moves parts to CNC Cell completion Rack of each shift
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Immediately report any concerns to the Machinist and/or Inspector
• Moves parts to CNC Cell completion Rack of each shift
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Review and maintain inspection gaging and equipment
• Daily flow of parts from one Operation to the next.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
