Front Desk / Sales Associate in Framingham, Massachusetts at Club Pilates Framingham

Club Pilates is a boutique fitness concept and as such the Front Desk Associate provides exceptional customer service to our members! This role also presents Club Pilates to potential members to win new members. Candidates with an outgoing personality and strong customer services experience is ideal.

HOURS: 3:30pm - 7:30pm 2 nights a week and Sunday 8:30am-2pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enjoy talking to prospective members about their fitness goals and the benefits of Pilates
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues verbally and in writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Sales minded and member focused

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote a fun, warm & welcoming atmosphere!
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Provide excellent customer service to our members
• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• This position has an hourly rate plus 10% commission paid on sales
