The CORE Contract-to-Cash Pricing & Commercial Agreements Deployment Manager will play a key role in a major global business and technology transformation program.
You will help deploy and govern a standardized global template covering pricing, discounts, rebates, commissions, and commercial agreement processes.
The role combines business process expertise, SAP capabilities, stakeholder management, and hands-on deployment leadership.
You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, drive fit-gap analysis, and collaborate with solution design teams across countries and divisions.
A strong focus on testing, documentation, training, organizational change, data migration, cutover, and hypercare will ensure successful adoption.
You will work in a cross-functional, international environment with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
This position offers the opportunity to shape scalable Contract-to-Cash processes while supporting a modern S/4HANA-enabled operating model.

• Deploy and govern the global CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements template across multiple countries and business divisions.
• Prepare, facilitate, and drive workshops focused on the implementation of pricing, discounts, rebate, and commission processes.
• Gather business requirements and lead fit-gap analyses in collaboration with solution design and implementation teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable process and system requirements while supporting alignment with the global template.
• Own and maintain process documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Proactively test new functionalities and coordinate Functional Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate closely with global and local stakeholders throughout the transformation and change journey.
• Support training activities and organizational change management to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage project cutover activities, including coordination of data migration and transition planning.
• Provide structured support during the hypercare period following deployment.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges proactively, ensuring timely progress and effective stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Contract-to-Cash processes within the evolving global operating model.

• University degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, particularly in Order-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on operational pricing and commercial agreement processes within SAP environments.
• In-depth understanding of SAP Pricing concepts and functionalities, including rebate and commission processes.
• Advanced experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of business process implementation, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Experience coordinating Functional Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse global and local stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish language skills are beneficial.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable embracing change and operating effectively in a fast-paced, evolving transformation environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required.

• Minimum gross monthly salary of 12,400 PLN, with final compensation determined based on professional experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
