This is a fully remote opportunity supporting operational monitoring and demand management within a NOC environment.
You will help track requests, tickets, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep operational activities running smoothly.
The role involves close interaction with multiple teams and organizational levels, requiring clear communication and strong organization.
You will contribute to operational controls while ensuring pending activities receive the appropriate follow-up.
The position is well suited to someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of telecommunications, networks, or infrastructure can be an advantage in understanding the operational context.

• Monitor and control operational requests and tickets, ensuring accurate tracking throughout their lifecycle.

• Follow up with responsible teams to obtain updates, resolve pending items, and maintain progress against established deadlines.

• Ensure timely responses, status updates, and positioning on outstanding operational demands.

• Communicate and collaborate with different teams and organizational levels to facilitate the resolution of requests.

• Support day-to-day operational management routines, controls, and reporting activities.

• Maintain organized records and ensure that relevant information is properly updated and communicated.

• Prioritize demands effectively and act proactively to identify and address potential delays or issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly with different stakeholders.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail when managing multiple requests and follow-ups.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet established deadlines.

• Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership when following through on pending activities.

• Confidence and persistence when requesting updates, collecting information, and following up with responsible teams.

• Previous experience in operations, support, NOC activities, or demand management is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of telecommunications is considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with transmission networks, fiber optics, or network infrastructure is desirable.
