General Manager (GM) - The Engine of Our Local Presence
Potential Comp: $70,000 - $85,000 / Year
The General Manager is the primary leader and operational owner of our EL Paso market. Reporting to the Director of Production, you will bridge the gap between company strategy and local execution. You are responsible for the end-to-end success of our remodeling operations, ensuring we remain high-performing, profitable, and fully compliant.
Requirements:What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team. You’ll foster a culture of excellence and hold your team accountable to our "Gold Standard."
- Drive Growth: Identify market opportunities to expand our footprint while maintaining consistent profitability through smart resource allocation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day remodeling operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with an exceptional customer journey.
- Strategic Alignment: Utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure vision, data, and process are aligned across the branch.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet local regulatory requirements and adhere to our rigorous safety protocols.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in construction or remodeling.
- Acumen: Strong financial and business skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and QuickBooks.
- Character: A positive, self-motivated professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple moving parts
