This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Author based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity to support international digital projects and deliver high-quality website experiences across multiple industries.
You will create, update, and publish digital content across multiple Content Management Systems while maintaining consistency with business and brand objectives.
The role combines content production, digital asset management, quality assurance, accessibility, and technical coordination.
You will collaborate closely with writers, developers, product specialists, engagement managers, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Your work will help ensure websites are accurate, accessible, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with established standards.
The environment is fast-paced and international, offering exposure to modern digital platforms and tools such as Adobe Experience Manager.
This role is well suited to a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who can work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
Create, update, maintain, and publish website content across multiple Content Management Systems according to established schedules and requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, develop, and implement website content, layouts, and styling.
Use Adobe Experience Manager authoring tools to support efficient content implementation and rollouts across multiple websites.
Manage digital assets by cropping, compressing, transferring, organizing, and maintaining files within Digital Asset Management platforms.
Configure and support third-party integrations across websites, ensuring correct setup and functionality.
Work with development teams to support technical integrations and troubleshoot content-related issues.
Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Content Writers, Product Specialists, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain content accuracy and brand consistency.
Perform quality assurance reviews of personal and peer work, identifying and resolving content or implementation issues before publication.
Ensure CMS components meet content, usability, accessibility, legal, and compliance requirements.
Implement requirements relating to copyright, accessibility, data protection, legal disclaimers, and other applicable standards.
Monitor industry best practices and contribute ideas that can improve digital experiences, content workflows, and website usability.
Professional experience working with Content Management Systems or web publishing platforms.
Previous experience as a Content Author, Web Content Specialist, Content Editor, Content Manager, or in a comparable digital content role is desirable.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a strong advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and process information efficiently.
Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders while also working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and managing risks.
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and patient in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, Adobe software, Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, and project management systems.
Familiarity with Jira or similar task and issue-tracking platforms is desirable.
Experience with Confluence or comparable documentation and collaboration tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility standards is desirable.
Basic knowledge of HTML and website development is advantageous.
Understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms and digital content quality assurance is desirable.
Fully remote position within Brazil/LATAM.
Full-time initial contract for six months, with potential extension based on business needs and performance.
Monday to Friday working schedule during standard Eastern Time business hours.
