What you’ll do:Daytime Team Members support guests by working in both the Front of House and Back of House. You’ll learn the skills you need to succeed through training, and you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every person who visits.Front of House (FOH):Welcome and greet guestsTake and deliver customer orders through the front counter or drive-thruMaintain cleanliness in the counter and dining roomFollow health and sanitation guidelinesEnsure every guest leaves with a smileBack of House (BOH):Support the kitchen teamPrepare and assemble food orders quickly and accuratelyFollow food safety and sanitation standardsHelp deliver great meals that keep guests coming back Successful Team Members bring a positive attitude, communicate with honesty, and deliver second-mile service to every guest. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Must be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Must be able to be in contact with all food, drink, and general products within the restaurant.
