This remote opportunity is suited to a proactive compliance professional who can anticipate emerging risks, influence stakeholders, and build scalable, audit-ready processes in a dynamic regulatory environment.
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Product Compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, monitoring, investigations, reporting frameworks, and productivity initiatives.
Apply advanced regulatory judgment to complex compliance questions and escalations, synthesizing relevant facts, regulatory guidance, and supporting evidence into clear, defensible conclusions.
Manage appeals, interpret regulatory requirements, and prepare filings, reports, and responses to resolve escalated compliance matters and agency inquiries.

Prepare and review compliance reports, leadership briefings, and formal narratives for regulatory or enforcement bodies when required.
Maintain accurate compliance logs, records, and documentation, ensuring materials meet established standards and remain ready for audits and reviews.
Evaluate existing compliance processes and recommend improvements that strengthen effectiveness, efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
Contribute to the annual Compliance Roadmap and broader strategic initiatives by using data, emerging trends, and risk assessments to guide priorities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, promote quality standards, and influence compliance outcomes across teams.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; a master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
At least seven years of relevant professional experience in risk management, insurance, governance, compliance, auditing, finance, project management, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around compliance objectives.
Ability to use AI-enabled tools as part of everyday compliance work to scale analysis, improve documentation, and generate insights while maintaining responsibility for interpretations and final decisions.
Strong regulatory judgment, risk management capabilities, and business acumen, with the ability to create scalable, auditable processes that balance compliance obligations with operational needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
