Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants at our Grand Prairie, TX location. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Create and strengthen relationships with customers by providing a customer-centric experience.
• Assist all customers in need, regardless of department (sales, service, or parts).
• Maintain a tidy workspace.
• Inform management of customer service opportunities.
• Enhance the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Sales Support

• Assist and guide customer inquiries to provide a positive experience.
• Maintain a steady flow of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Fulfill customer inquiries and follow up as appropriate.
• Support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter sales information into the dealer management system and process appropriate paperwork.

• Must be a team player.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of boats, motors, and general marine products is a plus.
• Strong computer usage ability (everything is computerized).
• Must be highly motivated to provide excellent customer service.
