Class A CDL Driver | End Dump Driver | CDL Local Route DriverCandidate Search Locations: Katy, TXUp to $26.25 an Hour Starting pay | Benefits | PTO/Sick time from day 1| $150 Boot Credit | Early morning start| Weekends as needed Paid Weekly | Position Type: Full-Time | Hourly | OT avaible | Benefits | PTO/Sick time from day 1$7,500 Sign-On Bonus$7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Paid in three installments. Weekly salary and travel pay are separate.
- 25% ($1,875) at 90 days of employment
- 25% ($1,875) at 180 days of employment
- 50% ($3,750) on your first anniversary
Bonus is paid on the regular payroll cycle after each milestone, provided the driver is actively employed and in good standing on that date. Offer is for this requisition only and may be changed or withdrawn.
We are seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver with at least one year of experience to service bins using an end dump trailer in Katy, TX, and surrounding areas. This first-shift position offers local work and daily home time. Routes include inner-city areas and the outskirts of the city.
The ideal candidate operates safely, conducts thorough vehicle inspections, and remains flexible when routes change or additional stops are assigned on short notice.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a manual-transmission Class A truck with an end dump trailer.
Service bins along assigned local routes in inner-city and outlying areas.
Conduct proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report equipment concerns.
Adapt to route changes needed to maintain operations.
Accept additional stops and service requests on short notice.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and operations regarding route changes, delays, and service needs.
Follow applicable traffic laws, DOT requirements, and company safety procedures.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with no manual-transmission restriction.
At least one year of Class A CDL driving experience.
Ability to safely operate a manual transmission.
Knowledge of proper pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures.
Willingness to accommodate changing routes and short-notice add-ons.
Dependability and strong communication skills.
This position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and exposure to unpleasant odors while servicing bins. Drivers will operate locally in both inner-city areas and the outskirts of the city.
