Join our dynamic distribution team as a Warehouse Picker/Packer at the Virginia Diner®, where your attention to detail and dedication to quality will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications
- Scan and verify products to ensure correct items are selected
- Pack products securely and neatly to maintain presentation quality
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Requirements:- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate scanning devices and basic warehouse equipment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move products as required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Shift & Compensation
- Seasonal day shift position.
- Base pay $14.00 per hour.
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Overtime and weekend hours are likely during the peak holiday season (November–December).
