This role sits at the core of a high-growth, AI-driven Talent Acquisition organization, responsible for shaping how recruiting operates at scale through systems, data, and automation. You will own end-to-end TA operations programs, including major system implementations and workflow transformation initiatives that directly impact hiring efficiency and quality. Acting as a strategic operator, you will design and execute the TA roadmap, ensuring alignment across People, HR Tech, IT, Finance, and Legal teams. The position requires strong ownership of outcomes, with a focus on delivering scalable, AI-enabled recruiting processes. You will also lead the evolution of TA tooling and infrastructure to support a rapidly growing organization. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences how talent is sourced, evaluated, and hired.
- Own and drive the TA Operations roadmap, including annual planning and quarterly prioritization aligned with business hiring needs.
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and post-launch evaluation.
- Manage major TA system initiatives such as ATS implementation, defining success metrics, tracking progress, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate decision-making across TA, HR Tech, IT, Legal, Finance, and People Operations by driving clarity and accountability.
- Design and execute communication plans for key initiatives, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Own and evolve AI-driven recruiting workflows, identifying opportunities to automate and improve TA processes at scale.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize TA systems, tools, and vendors to ensure an efficient and integrated tech stack.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and standardizing SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
- Partner with analytics and HR tech teams to ensure accurate TA data, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in program management or TA operations within a high-growth technology company.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition functions and recruiting workflows from an operational perspective.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with full ownership of outcomes and delivery.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, including building or deploying AI-driven solutions in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI or automation initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
- Strong proficiency with TA systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, and recruiting tools like BrightHire or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working with project management tools such as Linear or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, track outcomes, and present data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to executive, technical, and operational audiences.
