Accountabilities:

  • Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Manage major TA system initiatives such as ATS implementation, defining success metrics, tracking progress, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate decision-making across TA, HR Tech, IT, Legal, Finance, and People Operations by driving clarity and accountability.
  • Design and execute communication plans for key initiatives, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder updates.

  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and standardizing SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
  • Partner with analytics and HR tech teams to ensure accurate TA data, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management or TA operations within a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition functions and recruiting workflows from an operational perspective.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with full ownership of outcomes and delivery.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, including building or deploying AI-driven solutions in a business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead AI or automation initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
  • Strong proficiency with TA systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, and recruiting tools like BrightHire or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working with project management tools such as Linear or equivalent systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, track outcomes, and present data-driven insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to executive, technical, and operational audiences.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from 130,100 to 187,000 USD
  • Eligibility for bonus, incentive compensation, and equity participation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Equity opportunities aligned with company growth
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven recruiting and operational systems
  • Opportunity to shape global TA strategy and infrastructure
  • Inclusive and high-performance culture focused on innovation and impact
