You will work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and scalable growth strategies. The role combines hands-on platform management with strategic performance analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational and technical challenges. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, reporting strategies, and automation enhancements that directly influence business growth. This is a fully remote opportunity offering strong collaboration, autonomy, and exposure to advanced lead generation technologies and analytics practices.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and optimize lead generation platforms, integrations, validation tools, and routing systems to ensure efficient lead acquisition workflows and data accuracy.
  • Configure and monitor lead routing logic, compliance checks, source tracking, and validation rules to maintain high-quality lead delivery and operational reliability.
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels, partners, and lead sources to identify trends, improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct structured testing initiatives focused on source mix optimization, routing logic improvements, validation thresholds, and campaign performance enhancements.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks that provide visibility into lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and operational performance.
  • Investigate performance anomalies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve lead flow and downstream outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, analytics, and operational teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing workflows, automating processes, documenting best practices, and identifying opportunities for greater scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance considerations, and emerging lead generation technologies to continuously improve operational capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, lead operations, or campaign optimization roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing lead generation and validation platforms such as Leadspedia, TrustedForm, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working within healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency working with complex systems, integrations, data flows, and operational diagnostics.
  • Experience collaborating with compliance, legal, or risk management teams in regulated environments.
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting tool experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities with a proactive and autonomous working style.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous testing, optimization, and operational excellence.
