Fully remote work options are available across Canada, offering flexibility while collaborating with international teams on impactful healthcare projects.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and oversee evidence synthesis projects, including systematic literature reviews, network meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons for health technology assessments and client submissions.
  • Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables such as study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, presentations, and feasibility assessments.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and financial performance while ensuring scientific accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex research projects efficiently and maintain strong collaboration across all stages of execution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by leading meetings, responding to inquiries, and providing strategic guidance on methodological and analytical considerations.
  • Mentor junior researchers by reviewing deliverables, delegating responsibilities, supporting professional development, and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to proposal development, business growth initiatives, and innovative methodological discussions to strengthen project opportunities and client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, health policy, health services research, life sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis, systematic literature reviews, health outcomes research, or related scientific consulting environments.
  • Strong expertise in systematic reviews and/or quantitative evidence synthesis methodologies such as NMA, MAIC, or STC.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes, medical affairs, and health technology assessment requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex scientific concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality outputs on time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote; experience with R or R Shiny is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and willingness to mentor and support junior team members in a dynamic environment.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity available across Canada.
  • Exposure to innovative and high-impact healthcare research projects.
  • Collaborative and intellectually stimulating team culture.
  • Opportunities for mentorship, leadership growth, and career progression.
  • Access to cutting-edge methodologies and advanced evidence synthesis projects.
  • Flexible and supportive work environment within a globally established organization.
  • Participation in meaningful projects that influence healthcare decision-making and patient outcomes.
