Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a high-impact, AI-forward growth role where you will design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for a sophisticated B2B cybersecurity SaaS audience. You will operate as both strategist and hands-on builder, owning demand generation initiatives that span acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly experimental, requiring strong comfort with testing, iteration, and performance optimization. You will build persona-driven campaigns tailored to technical security professionals while leveraging AI to improve targeting, segmentation, and campaign execution. Working closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success, you will help shape a unified growth engine that directly impacts revenue and customer lifetime value. This role offers significant autonomy to innovate, test new channels, and scale programs that influence both pipeline and customer engagement.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a full-funnel growth engine that drives measurable acquisition, engagement, and expansion across the customer lifecycle. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to accelerate marketing performance.

  • Design and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy to drive sustainable growth
  • Own the customer lifecycle from acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion
  • Build persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns targeting technical security audiences
  • Develop and optimize marketing programs for existing customers to drive adoption and upsell opportunities
  • Build and manage scalable email and nurture programs, including AI-powered workflows
  • Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, content creation, and campaign optimization
  • Analyze performance data across channels to identify optimization and growth opportunities
  • Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives
  • Produce reporting and insights using platforms such as GA4 and Salesforce
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven, AI-first growth marketer who thrives in data-rich, technical environments and is equally comfortable building strategy and executing campaigns hands-on.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs impacting pipeline and revenue
  • Strong experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., SOC, CTI, OSINT professionals)
  • Hands-on expertise with modern marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Marketo or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution (“player-coach” mindset)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
