Journeyman Plumber Lead High-End Residential and Commercial Mechanical Installations
Job Overview

Salary/Pay Rate: $35 to $45 per hour (based on experience).
Location: Dallas, TX
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope: Mechanical & HVAC (Residential, Commercial)
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Journeyman Plumber and Valid Driver's License.

How You Will Make an Impact
ServiceDiagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and tankless water heaters.
Communicate professionally with clients and provide clear job updates to management.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Work independently while maintaining a clean, organized jobsite and company vehicle.
Provide clear written updates and documentation for completed work.
Perform plumbing installations for high-end residential and commercial new construction projects.
Read plans and complete work according to specifications and local code requirements.
Maintain organized job sites and provide clear written updates on project progress.
Identify and communicate field issues promptly to management.
Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship while working independently and efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Service:
Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
Minimum 35 years of plumbing experience required.
Strong residential service and troubleshooting experience required.
Experience servicing and repairing tankless water heaters required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to provide clear written job updates and documentation.
Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
Valid drivers license required.
Construction:
Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
Minimum 35 years of plumbing experience required.
Strong new construction plumbing experience required.
Ability to read plans and perform work according to specifications and code requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to provide clear written updates and field documentation.
Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
Valid drivers license required.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Service:
Experience working in high-end residential homes.
Experience with advanced plumbing diagnostics and leak detection.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Experience using mobile apps or software for job documentation and communication.
Construction:
Experience working on high-end custom residential projects.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Experience using mobile apps or software for field communication and project updates.
