Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans focused on expanding market presence and achieving annual sales objectives.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive decision-makers, and long-term relationship development.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level and executive relationships to support customer acquisition, retention, and long-term partnership success.
  • Translate client priorities and operational needs into compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Legal, and Implementations to support deal progression and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting aligned with organizational sales goals.
  • Monitor banking, fintech, and technology market trends to strengthen competitive positioning and inform sales strategy.
  • Articulate differentiated value propositions and effectively position complex software and banking technology solutions in competitive markets.
  • Support long-term customer success by aligning solutions with evolving operational and strategic business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years managing enterprise or highly complex sales cycles.
  • Proven experience selling software or technology solutions into banking and financial services organizations.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success building territories, pipelines, or books of business from the ground up.
  • Experience within fintech or financial technology environments strongly preferred.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed organizations while maintaining disciplined execution and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to feedback.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentive opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Access to retirement and financial wellness programs.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a technology-driven organization.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment focused on long-term success.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge banking, fintech, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders in financial technology and enterprise software sales.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
