In this role, you will lead the design of complex digital products and services that shape how clients solve real business challenges through technology. You will work within cross-functional teams that blend strategy, research, and delivery, ensuring that user experience is embedded throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires a strong balance between hands-on design execution and strategic leadership, guiding both teams and clients toward effective, human-centered solutions. You will influence experience design direction across portfolios, facilitating workshops, shaping design strategies, and driving alignment among stakeholders. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to building design culture by mentoring peers and advancing best practices. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence large-scale digital transformation initiatives across industries.
- Lead the end-to-end experience design process across complex digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment between user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, design systems, and other key design deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation exercises with clients and internal teams to define product and service strategies.
- Conduct and guide research activities such as contextual inquiry, user interviews, usability testing, and experimentation.
- Define and communicate design hypotheses, ensuring clarity of direction for delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project expectations by aligning scope, risks, and deliverables across clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and support designers, fostering capability growth and promoting strong design practices across teams.
- Contribute to the broader design community through knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and external advocacy.
You bring deep experience in experience design, combining strategic thinking with strong execution across digital products and services. You are confident leading multidisciplinary teams, guiding research efforts, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You have a strong portfolio demonstrating impact across complex digital environments, ideally including enterprise or SaaS products.
- 10+ years of experience in experience design with expertise across multiple disciplines (e.g., service design, UX research, interaction design, visual design, product design)
- Strong experience leading user research activities including interviews, contextual inquiry, testing, and experimentation
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex digital product experiences (web and mobile)
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading collaborative design sessions with clients and teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment
- Ability to mentor and develop other designers while fostering design excellence
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile delivery environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or SaaS digital product work (required)
