This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a product management expert passionate about AI innovation, large-scale transformation, and enterprise technology strategy. In this role, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of advanced AI-powered solutions that support critical business operations and improve decision-making at scale. You will work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, finance, legal, and operational teams to accelerate the adoption of machine learning and generative AI capabilities across the organization. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are both technically fluent and business-oriented, with the ability to translate complex challenges into scalable AI products. This role also offers the opportunity to build and mentor high-performing teams while shaping the future of AI-driven operational excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end AI product initiatives, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, execution, and delivery.
  • Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Lead executive-level discussions regarding AI investments, business cases, risk management, architecture direction, and market positioning.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee complex technical programs, manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and ensure operational excellence across projects.
  • Promote AI adoption across business units while improving workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing product management teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Stay current on emerging AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies to continuously evolve product capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, software development, or related fields; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience focused on AI, machine learning, or advanced technology platforms.
  • At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting AI infrastructure, large-scale AI systems, or enterprise AI implementations.
  • MBA or advanced business/technical education is considered a strong advantage.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI product development lifecycles, technical architectures, and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience coaching, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
