This role is a high-impact, revenue-focused marketing position responsible for driving pipeline growth across the North America commercial and mid-market segments. You will own the regional demand generation strategy, translating sales priorities into integrated, multi-channel campaigns that directly influence pipeline creation and acceleration. Operating at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, you will partner closely with commercial teams to align goals and execute measurable programs. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will design and optimize campaigns across digital, ABM-lite, and field initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in shaping scalable demand engines that connect marketing activity to real business outcomes.

Accountabilities

You will lead the end-to-end demand generation strategy for the North America commercial and mid-market segments, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives while driving measurable business impact.

  • Own regional demand generation strategy, aligning marketing programs with sales and revenue goals across commercial and mid-market segments
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across channels including paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and retargeting
  • Develop and run ABM-lite and pipeline acceleration programs targeting priority accounts and segments
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, BDRs, and revenue operations to define priorities, target audiences, and growth opportunities
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with quarterly business objectives and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and brand teams to develop messaging, assets, and conversion-focused experiences
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, lead routing, and funnel visibility
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs based on data, conversion trends, and sales feedback
Requirements

You bring deep expertise in B2B demand generation and a strong ability to connect marketing execution to pipeline and revenue outcomes in fast-moving SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or regional marketing roles
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience supporting commercial, mid-market, or growth-focused sales motions in North America
  • Ability to translate sales objectives into structured, measurable marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience across paid media, email marketing, webinars, events, ABM, and nurture programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high ownership expectations
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, ABM tools, and reporting systems is a plus
  • Experience in DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or technical B2B industries is highly valued
