You will oversee end-to-end project execution across highly technical environments, coordinating engineers, stakeholders, and customers to deliver outcomes on time and within scope. Acting as both delivery owner and operational orchestrator, you will drive governance, manage risks, and ensure alignment across multiple moving parts. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly accountable, requiring strong structure and clarity under pressure. You will translate technical complexity into actionable delivery plans and executive-ready updates. In this role, you will own the delivery lifecycle of technical infrastructure engagements and ensure operational excellence across all projects:

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned engagements, including scope, schedule, resourcing, and customer outcomes
• Coordinate execution of infrastructure initiatives such as VMware environments, Windows Server upgrades, storage, networking, and disaster recovery projects
• Manage risk and issue tracking processes, ensuring early escalation and clear resolution paths
• Lead delivery ceremonies including kickoffs, status updates, and technical checkpoints with internal teams and customers
• Enforce change control processes to protect scope, manage approvals, and communicate impacts effectively
• Plan and allocate engineering resources based on capacity, skills, and project priorities
• Maintain complete and audit-ready project documentation, including plans, decisions, risks, and status reports
• Deliver executive-level reporting and ensure transparent, consistent communication across stakeholders
• Drive post-project retrospectives and translate lessons learned into improved delivery standards

The ideal candidate brings strong technical delivery leadership experience combined with structured execution discipline and clear communication skills:

• Proven experience delivering technical or infrastructure projects, ideally in complex on-prem or hybrid environments
• Strong working knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, storage, and disaster recovery concepts
• Experience managing project governance, including scheduling, change control, and risk management
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Experience using project or service management tools such as Asana, ConnectWise, or similar platforms
• High attention to detail with disciplined documentation and system-of-record management habits
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with a proactive and accountable mindset
