Accountabilities
  • Review, validate, and process warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer policies and dealership requirements.
  • Book, submit, close, and reconcile warranty claims while ensuring accuracy and timely payment processing.
  • Monitor and maintain warranty receivable schedules to support healthy dealership cash flow and financial accuracy.
  • Use specialized systems and tools to identify, resolve, and document dealership compliance issues.
  • Interpret technician repair narratives and apply appropriate labor codes and warranty guidelines.
  • Ensure all claims meet Ford manufacturer standards and remain compliant with updated policies and procedures.
  • Support dealerships in maintaining warranty compliance through guidance, clarification, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting discrepancies and improve claims processing efficiency.
Requirements

This role requires hands-on experience in automotive warranty administration within a franchised dealership environment, along with strong technical and regulatory knowledge. Candidates should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and confident in managing complex claim workflows.

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealership is required.
  • Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes, dealership service departments, and manufacturer compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and warranty processing tools.
  • Ability to accurately interpret technician stories and apply correct labor operations and coding.
  • Experience working with at least one automotive manufacturer certification or training (Ford experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify errors, discrepancies, and compliance risks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support and guide dealership personnel.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance expectations.
