This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and versatile copywriter who enjoys shaping brand communication across multiple channels and audiences. In this role, you will contribute to both internal and external communications, helping strengthen employer branding, audience engagement, and content strategy in a fast-growing digital environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns, compelling storytelling, and creative concepts that resonate across social media, career platforms, and corporate communications. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, offering the chance to influence brand perception and company culture on an international scale. Working in a highly collaborative and flexible remote environment, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and grow professionally while contributing to meaningful and ambitious projects.
- Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including announcements, updates, newsletters, and employee-focused materials.
- Write and edit external communication assets such as articles, press releases, social media posts, speaker briefs, and employer branding content.
- Develop copy for career pages, job descriptions, and culture-related materials to support talent attraction initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create communication strategies, creative concepts, and branding campaigns.
- Produce slogans, naming concepts, and brand messaging in both English and Ukrainian.
- Write scripts and storytelling content for internal and external video projects.
- Adapt, localize, edit, and translate content for different audiences and communication channels.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct research to support content creation and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.
- Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, content management, or related communication roles.
- Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and remote teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research topics and create engaging, audience-focused content.
- Interest in or willingness to quickly learn topics related to affiliate marketing and digital industries.
- Experience with employer branding, internal communications, affiliate marketing, or iGaming is considered an asset.
- Portfolio showcasing different writing styles and content formats is preferred.
