This role is a senior-level finance position focused on driving data-driven insights, financial planning, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making across multiple functions. You will lead complex financial analysis initiatives, interpret trends, and translate large datasets into clear recommendations that guide executive decisions. The position requires strong ownership of forecasting, reporting, and performance evaluation processes, as well as the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. You will also act as a project lead on financial initiatives, coordinating cross-functional inputs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. This is a highly analytical and visible role where your work directly influences financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. In this role, you will lead financial analysis efforts, develop insights from complex datasets, and support strategic decision-making across the organization through accurate reporting and forecasting.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend evaluation, and interpretation of financial and operational data.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and databases to support ongoing reporting and analysis.
• Lead and coordinate financial analysis projects from data gathering through to documentation and final reporting.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment on financial goals and project timelines.
• Present insights and findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business narratives.

The ideal candidate brings extensive financial analysis experience, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to lead projects in a complex organizational environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Proven experience leading financial projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Strong proficiency in financial tools and systems, including advanced Excel and database tools (e.g., Access).
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
