- Support product development initiatives through prototype design, engineering analysis, and industrialization activities
- Plan, execute, and report on engineering requests and customer-driven design tasks
- Develop and maintain parametric design tools, automation systems, and 3D CAD models for bearing solutions
- Collaborate with global manufacturing teams to ensure accurate product specifications and manufacturability standards
- Drive engineering change requests and support product specification updates and deviation handling processes
- Contribute to product performance benchmarking activities and communicate technical findings to stakeholders
- Assist sales and application engineering teams with technical expertise and product knowledge
- Improve and streamline engineering workflows through the creation of new tools and optimized processes
- Ensure product robustness and alignment with application-specific requirements and future manufacturing capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product engineering, project engineering, or a similar industrial environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment; experience with large machinery is a plus
- Proficiency with CREO and parametric CAD design methodologies
- Familiarity with PDM Link / PTC Windchill systems
- Experience or exposure to project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to transform stakeholder needs into practical engineering solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to team success
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20–25% as required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Competitive salary range of approximately $77,000 – $95,000 annually
