Position OverviewBeacon Management Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support operations at Anneewakee Trails in Douglasville, Georgia. This role will work closely with the Community Association Manager and assist with the day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities of the community.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced property management environment. Candidates should be professional, dependable, and capable of building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and Board Members.
Qualifications- Previous property management, HOA, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to professionally handle homeowner concerns and vendor coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software platforms
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with community association management is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Assist the Community Association Manager with daily operational and administrative responsibilities
- Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and resident portals
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and work orders
- Assist with compliance tracking and violation correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas, notices, and Board packets
- Attend Board meetings as needed and assist with follow-up tasks
- Maintain homeowner records, databases, and association files
- Assist with preparing resident communications and community notices
- Support project coordination and vendor follow-up
- Conduct routine community inspections as directed
- Help maintain compliance with governing documents and association policies
- Maintain organized operational records and documentation
