Job Summary

Noble Environmental Waste Services is looking for an experienced Clerical & Collections Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a professional, dependable individual with strong customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette, and experience handling collections, customer payments, and office reporting duties.

Responsibilities

· Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally

· Provide excellent customer service and support

· Take customer payments and maintain accurate records

· Handle collections calls and account follow-up

· Assist with month-end reporting and office documentation

· Perform general clerical and administrative tasks

· Maintain organized customer files and account information

· Work effectively in a fast-paced office environment

Qualifications

· Previous clerical, collections, or customer service experience required

· Strong communication and phone skills

· Excellent customer service and professionalism

· Great phone etiquette and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and stay organized

· Experience with Microsoft Office and office systems preferred

· Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
