Sandstone Dental is seeking an experienced, dedicated and professional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a collaborative clinic environment, and is eager to support our broad range of dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dynamic chairside assistance to dentists during general and restorative procedures. Welcome and seat patients, review health histories, and prepare them for treatment. Capture high-quality digital dental X-rays and intraoral images .Sterilize, disinfect, and set up surgical instruments and procedural trays. Mix dental materials and take preliminary impressions or bite registrations. Deliver clear post-operative home-care instructions to patients. Clean and maintain operatory rooms and ensure equipment is running optimally.

Qualifications:

• Active registration/licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset

Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
