SUMMARY

The Floorcare Technician will provide and maintain a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring all floor surfaces are maintained in a manner that supports the customer’s expectation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation and training of team members in the proper use of machines and chemicals
• Successfully maintain hard surface and carpeted flooring throughout worksite on an ongoing basis.
• Cleaning, buffing, burnishing, stripping and waxing of VCT and other hard surface flooring
• Cleaning carpeted surfaces with Extractors and/or Bonnet Machines
• Scheduling, testing and evaluating members of work crew.
