Your Mission

You'll take freshly printed shoes and see them through to the finish line: cleaning and preparing them by hand, then inspecting each pair to make sure it meets our standards before it reaches a customer. You're both the craftsperson and the last set of eyes. No engineering background needed — just steady hands, sharp eyes, and pride in doing things right.

What you'll do

• Clean and prepare 3D-printed shoe components by hand — removing excess material, strings, and surface residue
• Inspect shoes at different production stages for visual and structural quality — patterns, finish, consistency
• Spot, document, and flag defects like cracks, warping, or surface imperfections; handle rejected pairs and help resolve recurring issues
• Keep clear, organized QC logs and share insights with the product and production teams
• Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help improve them
• Meet daily production targets while keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe

Your profile

• Safety first — your and the team's safety is always the top priority
• Steady hands and a sharp eye — you notice small details others might miss and do consistent, careful work
• Comfortable with meticulous hands-on tasks and with keeping simple, organized logs
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player
• Experience in manufacturing, crafts, garments, footwear, or any checking/inspection work (even informal) is a plus — no degree or technical experience required
• Based in Hamburg or nearby
