  • Support major proposals, RFPs, RFQs, statements of qualifications, and interview preparation, coordinating messaging, strategy, timelines, and internal contributors.

  • Review bookings, backlog, pipeline strength, forecasts, pursuit stages, and close probabilities on a regular basis, ensuring CRM and pursuit data remains accurate.

  • Align sales activity with delivery capacity, utilization targets, recruiting needs, emerging technologies, and potential new service offerings.

  • Present regular pipeline, performance, market, and corrective-action updates to leadership.

  • Coach and mentor technical leaders and team members on consultative selling, client relationship development, and business development practices.

  • Maintain consistent outreach with clients, strategic partners, and prospects while documenting activities and opportunities through CRM and pursuit-management systems.

  • Participate in leadership, client relations, planning, and pipeline meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives that support organizational growth.

  • Model strong collaboration, professional rigor, ethical conduct, and organizational values in all client and internal interactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 15+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives.

  • Strong understanding of professional services procurement, including RFPs, RFQs, proposals, bidding processes, negotiations, and contract awards.

  • Demonstrated success developing strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing complex professional-services engagements.

  • Consultative and solution-oriented selling approach, with the ability to understand client business challenges and connect them to relevant technology solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and senior stakeholders at the executive level.

  • Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills, both in person and through digital channels.

  • Results-driven, ethical, methodical, persistent, and comfortable with prospecting and directly asking for business.

  • Highly autonomous and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, pursuits, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, including the capacity to interpret market intelligence and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical, delivery, market intelligence, and leadership teams.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business-development activities.
