Design Sales Advisor in Miami, Florida at ARCA WORLD WIDE INC

We are looking for a proactive and driven Design Sales Advisor focused on expanding our network of architects, interior designers, developers, and key decision-makers in the design and construction industry.
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing our client base, generating new projects, and driving sales through strong relationship-building and effective material specification. The ideal candidate is someone who actively seeks out prospects, opens new doors, and continuously contributes to the company's commercial growth.

• Develop and expand a network of contacts with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and other key clients.
• Conduct commercial visits to design studios and job sites to present new collections, materials, and technical solutions.
• Accurately specify materials in plans and specification documents.
• Follow up on projects, ensuring successful sales closures.
  
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities within the luxury and high-value segments.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and specification targets.

Pay Structure: Base + Commission
