Final Finish - Interior in Marysville, Washington at WHITLEY EVERGREEN INC

Position Objective: The Final Finish Interior team member is responsible for completing detailed interior finishing tasks at the end of construction or renovation projects. This role ensures that all interior spaces meet quality standards, are visually clean and consistent, and are ready for client occupancy or final inspection.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install wall panel (drywall/sheetrock/FRP)
• Cut and Install interior trim
• Install flooring and cove base
• Install ceiling grid components and tiles
• Make and install window casing and trim
• Install windows and blinds
• Hang interior doors and apply hardware,
• Hang door trim
• Install upper and lower cabinets
• Install laminate countertops
• Perform final interior touch-ups including cleaning, detailing, and minor repairs
• Inspect surfaces, fixtures, and finishes to identify imperfections or incomplete work
• Clean and polish floors, walls, windows, and installed features
• Remove dust, debris, labels, and protective coverings from completed areas
• Assist with minor patching, caulking, or adjustments to improve overall appearance
• Report damages, deficiencies, or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in construction or manufacturing

Job Requirements:

• This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling throughout the workday. Team members must be able to lift and carry moderate loads, use cleaning tools and basic hand tools, and work in environments that may include dust, noise, and varying conditions. Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently are essential.
