Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow

- Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly and courteously

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality management is a plus
