MINI of Universal City is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team in Universal City, California. The MINI Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with clients on an individual basis and devising suitable sales strategies to develop an early and ongoing rapport. Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-only sales role
• $60,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle sales, product selection, and financing options
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the car buying process
• Answering customer inquiries and investigating customer needs
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
• Inputting data and managing inventory

Requirements

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Excellent customer service and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven / commission sales mindset
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Experience in automotive sales preferred
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
