Certified Occupational Therapist Assisant in Gallipolis, Ohio at Holzer Health System

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is directly responsible and accountable to the Department Manager assisting in the provision of occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA has position oversight within the department of Exercise Technicians, Rehabilitation Aides, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant students and observers.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program that is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license in good standing or license eligible.
• May be entry level therapist, but experience preferred.
