Packer/Inspector Night Shift | $18.00/hr
Location: Mills River, NC
Schedule: 7:00pm7:00am | 3-2-2-3 Rotation

Were hiring a Packer/Inspector to support a growing production team in a cleanroom environment. This role is key to ensuring high-quality plastic food and blood bags meet strict safety and quality standards before shipment. If youre detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity.

What Youll Do:
Inspect products for defects such as tears, discoloration, or contamination
Pack, seal, and label products according to specifications
Separate and report non-conforming materials
Set up and manage coils on spindles for proper winding
Maintain proper product orientation and packaging standards
Stack and move finished product to designated areas
Follow all safety guidelines and CGMP standards
Keep work area clean and organized

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or production experience preferred (plastics, medical, or food packaging is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills

Cleanroom Requirements:
Must follow strict hygiene guidelines
No jewelry, facial piercings, fake nails, nail polish, or eyelashes
No facial hair
No perfumes or strong scents
PPE required (gown, gloves, mask, hairnet, etc.)
