Jim Shorkey Nissan Mitsubishi is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead and grow our collision center. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who has strong industry relationships, a history of growing sales, and deep connections within the local community.

What We're Looking For

· 5+ years of collision center or body shop management experience.

· Proven ability to grow sales and increase profitability.

· Established relationships with insurance companies, fleet accounts, dealerships, and local businesses.

· Experience developing and maintaining DRP (Direct Repair Program) relationships.

· Strong estimating experience using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar estimating software.

· Excellent leadership, customer service, and team-building skills.

· Track record of improving cycle time, CSI, and overall shop performance.
