This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Infraestrutura Pleno - QPC based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity for an Infrastructure Analyst to support the stability, performance, and evolution of technology platforms in a data-driven environment.
You will act as a key point of contact for technical incidents, helping ensure reliable services and efficient resolution processes.
The position combines monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement practices to strengthen IT operations.
You will collaborate with support teams and technical specialists to investigate issues, optimize processes, and improve platform reliability.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and interested in applying automation, AI, and SRE concepts to modern infrastructure challenges.

Accountabilities:

The Analista de Infraestrutura Pleno will be responsible for monitoring technology environments, supporting incident management, and improving operational processes. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, collaboration across support levels, and a mindset focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported IT incidents and technical questions through calls and emails.
  • Monitor and respond quickly to requests related to incidents affecting IT platforms and services.
  • Monitor systems and platforms, escalating issues to second-level support teams when required.
  • Support communication and collaboration between users and third-level technical teams.
  • Receive, register, and manage IT service requests through ticketing tools, phone, or email.
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases, ensuring documentation accuracy and consistency.
  • Document and review monitoring and IT support procedures.
  • Train second-level support teams on operational procedures and tools.
  • Develop automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Apply AI tools and concepts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Learn and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to optimize and automate processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a background in Information Technology and experience supporting infrastructure environments, monitoring systems, and incident management processes. We are looking for someone organized, collaborative, and motivated to improve operational efficiency through automation and modern technology practices.

  • Degree or technical qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or GLPI.
  • Introductory knowledge of automation scripting using Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Understanding of troubleshooting practices and log analysis for incident investigation.
  • Interest or experience using AI-based tools in technology environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different technical teams.
  • Availability to work remotely on a 6x1 schedule.
